The Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexer (DWDM) technology is used in many fields because of its many distinguishing performances, and becomes one of key technologies in fiber network. Combined with the optical amplifier technology, the DWDM technology transmits SDH signals, and at the type of DWDM+EDFA+SDH, becomes the best selection in Private Network. The paper introduces theory of the DWDM and optical amplifier technology, analyzes their mechanism, constitution and actual disposition. In accordance with special require on network management, the paper designs the private DWDM fiber communication transport network. In order to deal with some questions in the optical supervisory channel while running, a scheme based on DSP is proposed. Making use of advantage of spread spectrum technology, the scheme firstly spreads spectrum of OSC signals, transmits with optical fiber to praise S/N rate and meet require of long-distance control. It utilizes distinguishing feature of DSP with simple structure and easily comes true. The paper introduces WDM network manage system. In order to meet management requires of private network, after dealing questions such as approving scheme and collecting data, related equipments are installed and tested, the comprehensive network manage system is built. At the same time, the WDM network manage system is connected into it and becomes part of it.Finally, based on actual experiences while dealing with fault, the paper primarily explores laws on the network running, put forward a viewpoint centered feature of error code, submits the methods about in-line supervisory, sums up the principle and method about network fault disposal, supports running steadily.
