The virtual assembly (VA) technology include computer graphics, database technology, parallel project, multimedia technology, virtual reality technology and so on. Using the VA technology we can optimize the assembly craft, reduce the cost and enhance the production efficiency without the real production.But because the virtual reality technical require high hardware to support, at the same time the goal of user to the model complexity, reality sensation and the real time is enhancing. The gap between the computer performance and the application has caused that VA system cannot develop and use further, and hindered the VA technology development.This article build the distributed VA platform based on the multi-Agent. This platform using many PC can satisfy the VA the request, and can reduce the system cost. At the same time according to the characteristic of VA we establish scene dispatch algorithm; improve the collision algorithm; and improve the way plan algorithm.The universal DBMS do not consider the characteristic of VA, which causes the DBMS and the VA system cannot combine well, and cannot satisfy request of the interaction and real time. This disadvantage has restricted the VA development. In the foundation of researching virtual reality and VA technology this article revise the DBMS to adapt the virtual assembly request.This article uses the distributional technology to reconstruct VA technology, and uses the agent technology to make the VA system more intelligent, thus dig the knowledge of the VA, and finally instruct the actual assembly process.
