Taking the harmonic attenuation of the power distribution network at JiangXi 110KV substation as the object of study, this dissertation aims to do research on the control strategies and its industrial application technologies for eliminating harmonic in medium and high voltage power network, prepare theory and technological knowledge for its universal application in our country, and accumulate experiences for its high-voltage and high-power application. The study is focused on the application realization of Hybrid Dynamic Active Power Filter Circuit and gives a further study of the key technologies of APF. Firstly, after the comparison of the existing active power filters, a novel HDAPF is proposed here to meet the given situation of substation harmonic elimination. Next, based on the analysis of control strategies of HAPF, the Control strategy based on PI-type Iterative Learning are proposed, by means of using a forgetting factor to enhance systemic robust, and at the same time importing a D-type learning law feed forward based fuzzy-inferring referenced current error under the optimal object. Last, the HDAPF system is established with detailed realization. The dissertation expands the design of main circuit, the selection of component, the output filter, the Coupling transformer and the DC voltage of the active inverter, presenting a self-contained solution for substation harmonic elimination. This project is funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China [60474041] and National Science-Tech Tackle Key Project, 'Research on Active Power Filter for Power Harmonic Eliminating'(NO.2002BA218C). The production of the project is listed as one of the new important products in China [2003ED770013].
