The paper is taking a novel facility for substation harmonicelimination in the mid-high voltage system(6kV~10kV)------active powerfilter with single injection circuit(APFSIC) as the object of study, the main research work is about the structure and principle of APFSIC, harmonics detection, the control method of system and system development. The dissertation aims is to do research on industrial application technologies for eliminating harmonic in medium and high voltage power network, prepare theory and technological knowledge for its universal application and accumulate experiences for its high-voltage and high-power application.The study is focused on the application realization of Active Power Filter with Single Injection Circuit and gives a further study of the key technologies of APF. Firstly, after the comparison of the existing active power filters, a novel HAPFIS is proposed here to meet the given situation of substation harmonic elimination. And the influence of the switch dead time to the inverter under PWM control is analyzed. Next, Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm, i_p,i_q Algorithm and Spectrum Estimation in harmonics detection of separate frequency. Then, based on the analysis of general control strategies of HAPF, several control tactics are analysed, combining with the characteristics of APFSIC. The self-adapting control method is proposed. Last, the APFSIC system is established with detailed realization. The dissertation expands the design of main circuit, the selection of component, the output filter and the influence of power network to the DC voltage of the active inverter, presenting a self-contained solution for substation harmonic elimination.This project is funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China[60474041]. The production of the project is listed as one of the new important products in China[2003ED770013].
