The paper expatiates simply the development of electroplate power and analyzes the recent findings of the electroplating power and shows the direction of the electroplating in the future. The electroplating power's development depends on three main technologies: power electric convert technology, power electron component and the control technology. In order to conquer the shortcoming of general PWM forcibly switch technology, it takes advanced soft switch technology to recede the switch spoilage of power component and will be benefit to improve the frequency of switch electroplating power and raise the control precision and smooth of the output voltage and current of the electroplating power. It designs a digital software electroplating power that bases on the 80C196MC and EPLD (Erasable Programmable Logic Device).Referring to a plentiful literature all over the world, it chooses a full-bridge shift phase converter circuit topology with a capacitance can insulate direct current and an saturation inductance in the origin side. It analyzes the work principle and the work process of the topology in this paper and summarizes the work characteristic for this topology. It also designs the key parameter of the apparatus of main circuit in the electroplating power.A modern power electron power component IGBT (Insulate-Gate Bipolar Transistor) is used as the main power switch component of power converter. It takes 80C196MC single-chip as core processor. In order to the requirement of the full-bridge shift-phase control it designs the PWM wave engender which bases on EPLD. The PWM wave engender improves the static precision and dynamic speed of the whole control system. In order to conquer the shortcoming of the un-ideal dynamic with taking traditional PID control strategy, it uses fuzzy +PID control strategy to the close loop of the output current and voltage ,the control way is realized with software program in the processor. The emulation results shows the fuzzy+PID control strategy which is used in the electroplating power has good dynamic performance, little overshoot and the good static precision. All of these advantages show that it is better than the general PID control strategy.The experiment result shows that the PWM engender, which use the EPLD EPM7128 to design has a sense meaning, it deals with the key technology for realize...
