Switching power supply is widely used in various fields, such as industrial aerospace and defense field. With the development of science and technology, the requirements for switch power supply are getting higher and higher, which promotes the development of switch power supply. Electroplating switching power supply is a kind of switching power supply. Working in electroplate production line, many electroplate switching power supply need a distribute control system to monitoring the working status of switching power supply. Using a special chip for analog control, electroplate switching power has some shortcomings, such as complex control circuit, noise. For the lack of analog control, using DSP chip instead of special chip, this paper controls switching power supply through software programming.This paper analyzes the soft-switching full-shift control of switching power supply and uses the leakage inductance and capacitance to achieve resonance process and the zero-voltage. This paper uses shift full-bridge phase topology to achieve soft switching function, which effective reduce the loss caused by the switch turn-on and turn-off.This paper designs a kind of switching power supply, including the main circuit and control circuit. Through the calculation of the transformer, rectifier diodes, capacitors and other devices to do the selection, this paper designs the main circuit. Control part uses TMS320F2812chip as the main control chip. Using software programming methods to send out phase-shift PWM signal through EV module of DSP and voltage feedback to adjust the output and send out the new PWM signal.This paper builds real-time monitoring system based on PLC. Data transmission through the network, the PC uses configuration software to achieve real-time monitoring of multiple electroplating power supply and observing the change in value of the voltage and current, alarm signals, reports and other information.The result show that the full-bridge realized the soft-switching but not clear. The monitoring system of electroplating power is working success. The result is accurate and stable.
