With the development of science and technology, information technology has been more and more important in sports scientific research. It ensures the scientific training method and instrument for athletes. In order to estimate sport motion scientifically and reasonably and improve training's veracity, how to perfect the theory and make it more useful in the training of athletes have been an advanced subject that needs to be studied urgently. This dissertation presents the study of information acquisition and intelligent processing of human motion and its application in shot putting. The study is valuable not only in theory but also in practice.In this dissertation, training and instructing systems for athlete and shot sport at home and overseas are studied and analyzed. The multi-information acquisition of athlete and its processing are studied. The constructing of training and instructing system is also studied based on it. The work and creative approaches are as follows.1. The mechanics behavior is expounded systemically. Taking the gliding shot put for instance, the behavior of shot put and its mechanics characters are analyzed for five phases. These contents are the base of the dissertation and the following work is carried out based on them. Besides this, the mechanics behavior is fully analyzed from the points of physiological principle and control process. These provide the principle preparation for the motion analysis and constructing of training and instructing system for athlete.2. A multi-information acquisition system used in shot put is constructed. The principle of design, hardware and working principle are presented in detail. The inertial parameter, kinematics parameter, kinetics parameter and EMG can be measured by the system. Controlled by bus, it is scaleable and open. The mechanism of signal measurement and synchronization is configured by software, making the acquisition more agility. The processing is more simpler, using the uniform signal processing and storage format. The system has the value of application, for it can be used not only in shot put, but also in other athletic sports.
