The Study On Reliability Of Quality Management Information System Based On Mass Customization

It has bored many fruits about the study of quality management information system. However, the study on the reliability of quality management information system is not enough, especially the study on the reliability of quality management information system based on mass customization. Therefore, this paper divided the study on the reliability of quality management information system based on mass customization into the study on the reliability of the system platform and the second development.Elaborated the theory of mass customization and its practice in software development, this paper analyzed the reliability of existing quality management information system by FMECA, offered some development methods that can improve the reliability of system platform and improve the system platform by these methods in reliability .Based on the study on reliability of the system platform, this paper elaborated the process of the second development, analyzed the factors that maybe cause fault in the process of the second development and offered some methods that can release the fault.At the end of paper, the above methods are applied to design and development of quality management information system that be applied to NanChang section steel factory.
