The coal is the important energy in our country.Meanwhile, the coal mine safety has been being concern widespreadly by the people.With the development of science and technology, the coal mine enterprise's informationalization becomes imperative increasingly. Currently,the trend of coal mine enterprise's informationalization in progress is highly integrate three parts,which is the coal mine synthetical safety-monitoring system, automatic controlling system and the management information system of enterprises. However, multitudinous coal mine safety-monitoring systems are completely or partially irrelevant, and unable to communicate and share the non-structure information due to variant data format. As a result, the progress of the coal mine's informationalization has been hold back.This dissertation discusses safety situation of coal production and the status of coal mine safety-monitoring system at present. In the beginning, the problem of data integration and sharing information in various existing safety-monitoring systems has analysed. Aimed at this embarrassment, the framework of monitoring system network and the compute mode of data and information in distributed control system network has studied. The numerous techniques of data exchange in coal mine safety-monitoring system has discussed, and these techniques concern in accessing different genre's database, exchanging sharing data material, utilizing the technique of Dynamic Data Exchange, depending on network Winsock communications and introducing OLE for Process Control. Moreover, the practice of techniques was bring forward in briefness. This dissertation in particular addresses itself to the OPC fundamentals and specifications, according as the OPC Data Access Custom Interface Standard Specification, designs and implements the OPC Server component and OPC Client component, which can ensure uniform data access mode among devices in scene, Distributed Control System, Fieldbus Control System, Programmable Logic Controller, DataBase etc.
