As the institution of educating and displaying, museums will face all kinds of people every day. How about the psychological actions of those people? How about the visitor behaviors which under the control of psychological actions? What the perception and imagine of different visitors when they before one display? What the memory of museum visitors after their visiting? These museum visitors'psychological actions and behaviors phenomena and the causation which cause the phenomena are the interested point of the museum scholars, even the psychologists.Recently, with the developing of people's living standard, the spiritual requirement of people turns to stronger. How to satisfy visitors'requirement and provide them perfect service become the most important affairs of the museum daily grind. Studying the characteristics of visitor psychological actions and looking for the rules of visitors'behaviors are the start point and the end-result point to resolving these problems, and also are the core content of this paper.This paper uses direct and indirect options to study visitors'psychological actions and behaviors. Firstly, I put up a museum visitor survey and analysis the questionnaires. By this way, we can find out the characteristics visitors'psychological actions directly. Secondly, because behavior is the display of psychological actions, by noting down and anglicizing visitor behaviors, we can get the rules of visitors'psychological actions indirectly.This paper uses statistics method and SPSS software to analyze the survey date. In the past, most of the museum visitor surveys showed its results in the form of percentage and frequency. However, the reasons leaded to these distributing were not explained adequately.
