For traditional managerialmethod, administer and staff can't get information flexibly, whichresults to difficult statistics, inefficient management and passiveattitude. As result, managers are hard to realize problems.By introducing the information manage system to manage center,we can resolve most of the current problems, including statisticsstaff's absence, optimistic staff management and improvesefficiency. Besides, it can provide a public information exchangeplatform for all staff, which can achieves information share. Mostimportant of all, it can form an information database and improvesmanagerial level.The information system's analysis and development base on thetheory of software project, which defines software period as eightphases. Information distribute managementThe manage system include staff information, fault informationand document operations.And the first two items need to be saved in database be statisticat month end.Because there are lots of data need to be saved in database andit need change database's item to display status. Database'sdesign becomes important, especially relevant key word's design.While developing, it's important to draw detailed referenceand make preparation for later development.After the overall design and detail design, it can get system'sprototype. By the combination of B/S and C/S, it can send informationto clients. Accordingly, B/S manage informal information and C/Sterminate act as server and web server act as client.There are many development tool s to develop B/S. Here we useJSP and Dreamweaver, while use JAVA to develop C/S. Combination whichdatabase, it can archives manage system's development andoperation.The construction of manage information system can prominentlyimprove enterprise's management and efficiency which play animportant role in enterprise's development.The construction of Jilin Provincial post center manage systemwill improve provincial post information system's construction,and be bound to play an more and more importance role in the reformof Jilin Provincial post managerial system.
