After investigation it was known as caused by input error and thus influence the work efficiency of check. The collection of the Four Invoice is with high workload land heavy task, the software of collection in existence is too weak in the funtion of contrast and supervision to contrast and analyse the collected data to discover the matter such as error and lack.This paper set out from the demand of practical work. It based on i the actuality of collecting and inspecting and managing the Four Invoice data of the National taxation . It refered to the function of collecting data in the preventing fake and controlling tax system of the Golden Tax Project. It can collect and attestat electronical data with ensuring veracity.
