Television Sports News Of China And Its International Communication

With "Television Sports News of China" as its consistent concept, this dissertation states clearly in the first chapter "Preface" the importance and contemporary status of relevant academic research, both domestically and abroad, of the subject and the main methods applied; in the second chapter "Academic Summary of Television Sports News", then, this dissertation elucidates with examples the definition, clarification, characteristics and functions of Television Sports News; next, in the third chapter "Overview: Television Sports News of China", this dissertation scans leading television programs of sports news in China and concludes their strengths and weaknesses partially based on the performance of China Central Television(CCTV) sports news team in 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Furthermore, distinct characteristics of international perspective are pointed out of and theories mentioned in Chapter II are also associated with Television Sports News of China, offering indispensable explanations; the fourth chapter "International Communication of Television Sports News of China" focuses on the concept, importance, and confronting challenges and opportunities of the topic; moreover, three strategies are proposed upon International Communication of Television Sports News of China; finally, in chapter five "Summary", five basic conclusions are summed up from this dissertation.
