The goal of the system is to build militaryculture learning garden, information sharing platform and document data warehouse.This digital information resources sharing platform will realize the digital frontiermanagement information, the digital agency business documents, the digital publicinformation, and improve the efficiency of office. The system is practicability,flexibility and security. The system has been test run in Heilongjiang Provincial MilitaryCommand.Firstly, according to the actual situation, the paper states research situation andproblems of document management at home and abroad and in army, expatiates on thesignificance and the necessity of the system. Secondly, the system function andarchitecture is designed. The paper systematically studied related technologies. Third,the paper determined the hardware platform, software development environment, theoverall architecture and function modules, and on this basis to complete the relevantfunction module design, gives a concrete analysis of the process and the relationshipbetween case diagram, completed the database design and construction. And this paperfocuses on the security architecture of the system. The paper completed the design andimplementation of the system.
