But in 2004, it boomed and drew a great attention due to the mature development of medium and the levity of the world. Except Reference News and Global Times, other news papers like World News Journal, Elite Reference and International Herald Leader had a great development in this regard during this year. Hereinto, Global Times, the only composite international news paper in China, has drawn great attention from many scholars and experts for its success in international news report.To some extend, international news report is not just news report, it is also a window for spreading domestic and overseas information and shaping a country's image. As China enters into WTO, there are lots of international contacts, and China's international status pops out. How to strengthen international news report is an important subject.
