Study Of Water Source Well Monitor System Based On The PLC Controled

With the rapid development of national economy, the increasing population of city, improvement of the people's living standard, more and more demanding of system of water supply bring forward in city. On the basis of analyzing status of the waterworks in our country, this paper designs a suit of system of water supply based on PLC and realize the automatic control and computer management of the system of water supply.The system of water supply controlled by PLC is made up of PLC, industrial control computer, soft starter, units of pumps elctromotors and all kinds of sensors. To connect control computer with PLC and realize supervisal, a real time supervisal control software of water supply system is developed. The software has the function of data connection, communication, state control of facilities and data management. In addition, this system design a remote video surveillance system, supervise and measure the scene remotely.The system use the S7-200 PLC made by SIMENS. In view of the large current when starting, the system use the soft starter the pump. In view of the long distance, the system use digital communication video to communicate.The video surveillance adopt remote video surveillance system based on component software.The thesis introduce the system from hardware and software. The hardware include the design of outline ande components. software include design of program and interface.The operation and experiment demonstrates that the system can make the work of water supply system automated in some degree. It is good for guaranteeing the best state of the pump and improving the level of the management. It is also facility to mount and maintain, reliable to operate, and precise to supervise and control. The supervisory software has abundant function, kind interface and convenience to use.
