With the development of Internet, Web's rich resources provided very big convenient for study and the life to people. However WEB site is a great heterogeneous database.Limited sharing of resources becomes a question which to be solved. On the other hand,the mankind is the society colony with extensive cooperation, and any complicated work depends on cooperation between the experts of each domain. So the extensive deep cooperation among systems becomes importantdevelopment direction in Internet.Coordination of data layers as its foundation becomes an important research direction. In my thesis, we discuss main problem which cooperation work based on XML in WEB databases. Its essential really is sharing visiting and mutual operation among the different data sources. Transform among data structure becomes emphases in my thesis.XML(eXtensible Markup Language) is an extensible and descriptive language. JAVA is onekind of genuine development environment in heterogeneous platform, and provides JAXP interface for XML data. JAVA and XML is solved scheme of cooperation work.Firstly we introduced research background and theory foundation. Data characteristics of half structure and XML and CSCW are simply introduced; Very important critical technology of cooperation work: transform between XML and the relational database is researched deeply secondly. The emphatic questions such as principle and thought are expatiated, and a general transformation rule and realization such as the data abstract,integration and transform are put forward; As well as we introduced data binding in JAVA environment, and put forward a DataChange model which works in cooperation work. We introduce structure function and realization of model.We give out the conclusion analysis and two application domains finally. And analysis remains need to be improved, and as a research reference in future.In addition, feasibility and priority are verified in real application. This subject will impel the research in CSCW.
