The Research Of Monitoring System Of Power Utilization Terminal Of Daqing Electric Power Group

This paper points out the necessity of power utilization monitoring, and analyzes the status quo of domestic and overseas in power utilization monitoring. Aiming at the characteristics of the power utilization system in Daqing, this paper designs the main project of the power utilization monitoring system, and highlight the character of real-time in monitoring, and put emphases on monitoring of operation in Grid and power utilization of large users. The hardware structure in the system adopts developed and reliable GPRS as a transmission network. The computer network as a main station system and the functions of authentication identify and access security encryption or others as a secondary system. Basing on GPRS technology it develops interface design in the power utilization monitoring system, the data transmission in computer-to-computer or computer-to-terminal adopt the serial communications and parallel communications to achieve transparency transmission of the limited data and wisdom control of power meters.It makes software development basing on the modular structure. The module of data reception and transmission establish links that used TCP/IP way and server-terminal, and add note model to the channels, it adopt the mechanism which more reliable and fault handling to insure smooth into wireless communications. The data analysis module is the center logic of limited transparent handling, which takes charge of judge to receive data and send data, and it can respond to requests from a number of client servers, and get the way of receipt, storage and analysis to the TCP/UDP date packet. The main station software functiona is complete, divide into six function modules which is parameters setup, remote collection, data enquiries, the line loss analysis, data maintenance and system management, each unction module contains some sub-function windows, achieved roundly monitoring in the power supply and power utilization system. In addition, it provided uniform programming language, and uses soft bus technology, Web enquiries technology and unified database design, and achieves an organic integration of information.In order to test the function and main technology of system, it designs a test platform: test conditions, system testing content and test ideas of key technology are proposed.
