Research On Control System Of The Target Emulator

The Target Emulator system is a kind of equipment that imitates the sport of two directions of the Target of guided missile. In the past, before emulator equipments were used, experiments on developing the capability of weapon were behindhand. Along with more and more emulator equipments are used in the field, the cycle of developing weapon is cut, the cost is reduced, the precision of the system is increased. The countries that have the advanced technology like American, France and so on have used emulator equipments to cut the cost and increase the speed of developing weapons.Along with the development of electronic and electrical technology, the improvement of control technique for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) makes it finds more and more applications in high performance drives such as numerically controlled machine-tools, robotics, etc. Accordingly developing the system of the Target Emulator becomes feasible. Under this background, the scheme of electrical project was proposed, the research on control system of Target Emulator was finished.After analysis on the request of the Target Emulator, the paper finished the mechanical structure designing, analyzed distortion, stress and natural frequency with FEA software. Analyzed primary factors lead to EMI and transmit ways, put forward the scheme of suppressing EMI to solve the problem of EMC, test results prove the efficiency of the scheme.Got the mathematic model of Target Emulator system based on models of every component, and simulated it through the computer.
