With the rapid development of the computer vision and interrelated hardware technology, vision technology has been used more and more extensively in every field. Simultaneity with the development of information, intelligentized and networked, embedded system also has gained more and more extensive application. Embedded vision system becomes the combinative production of vision and embedded technology, becomes an important research task presently. On such background, the article develops a embedded disposing system of vision.On the base of lucubrating the inland and overseas development of embedded vision system, according to embedded system project design idea of the Software-Hardware Co-Design Methodology, we choose embedded processor and corresponding embedded operating system basing system requirements, design and realize the embedded hardware system which satisfies requirements. We use the TMS320DM642 as the core of the whole hardware system, configure abundant function module for system adopting modularization design idea, including EMIF bus configuration module, audio module, video capture module, video display module and network module. We design the power module which could satisfy the requirement of the whole hardware system simultaneously. Finally we design the PCB board according to the design of electromagnetism compatibility.On the hardware system platform, we use DSP/BIOS real-time operating core and PF5 reference framework in the CCS exploiting circumstance, design and exploit the whole software system adopting modularization design idea. The whole software is made up of initialization module, video capture module, information disposing module and video display module, every module could be expanded according to actual requirements. Finally we build an experiment system of embedded image disposing system, validate the feasibility and reliability of the whole system.
