The amount of aged population over 60 in China has already been up to 145 million in 2005. It shows that China has entered the aging society. A high morbidity of Alzheimer's disease (AD) brought by aged tread shows that the morbidity is 3% among people over 60, and up to 20% over 80. According to the aging process of China, if take no intervention, the amount of AD patients will up to 9 million while the aged population reach 300 million in 2027. As a kind of chronic degenerative brain disease, there is no effective medication at present, the key point is to detect, diagnose and prevent it development in early time.AD is the cognitive impairment clinical syndrome casued by brain pathological changes. The important clinical way to inspect cognition relys on neural psychology testing, which is realized by expert through text-form scale testing and comparing score with the scale index at present. It is a way of costing expert's time and energy for the testing data which must be stored and processed in artificial way. It is also difficult to realize the cognitive dynamic comparison and track by the single static index. At the same time, it is influenced by medical worker, testing environment, etc., so the testing appears tedious, costing, and difficult to be carried on general survey to the cognitive impairment. The paper presents a new way to defend AD by technologyical means such as multimedia and computer network, etc., which is based on computer aided cognitive assessment, and processed by diagnosing and predicting algorithms. The approach of the research is generalized as follow: First establish AD diagnosis theory based on computerised cognitive assessment, then build the Naive Bayes classifier AD diagnosis model and AD prediction...
