Project Feasibility Study Of Xx Province Housing Information System And The Construction Plan

The construction of Housing Information System Project of XX province conforms to the regulations of The Notification on Strengthening the Analysis of the Monitoring of the Real Estate Market which is laid down by the National Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development(Construction and Housing[2006],No.127),as well as the actual needs of the development of Electronic Government of housing and urban-rural construction system in our province.It is an urgent need to promote the integration of urban-rural construction,and enhance the supervision and service level of housing and urban-rural construction.After the completion of the project,the system can provide information for the management and service of the administrative department of construction,together with a powerful support for scientific decision-making of leaders at all levels.In addition,it will play a significant role in accelerating the development of e-government of construction industry and improving the supervision level and the work efficiency of housing and urban-rural construction department in the whole province.On the background of the demands of housing information management of XX province,this paper analyzes the feasibility of housing information management system,and proposes a construction plan for it.The research involves the following parts:1)pointing out the problems and gap in the current system by analyzing the present situation of current housing information management;2)on the basis of the business function,business process and business quantity,system function and performance requirements,completing the analysis of the system demand;3)providing an overall framework and the construction thought of the system design,and the technical route of its implementation;4)completing a detailed design of the system construction through the plan of information resource,the design of application support platform,the design of application system function,the design of data processing and storage system,the design of network system,system implementation and testing,etc.
