The Design And Implement Of Equipments Management System Based On .NET And SQL

Management of equipment is very important for every unit. The unit will greatly save financing and improve efficiency in management with a good equipment management system. Moreover, the achievement and production of the unit will be accurate assessed with good equipment management. On the other hand, poor management of equipments will produce low efficiency of the usage, even loss of assets.In this paper, an equipment management system based on .NET platform is developed with C # and ASP.NET according to the actual needs of a public institution. SQL Server 2000 is used to manage database; and the smart client and Browser / Server (B/S) structure are combined to build an information system for managing of budget, purchase, contract, payment, check, usage, maintenance, cannibalizing, and discarding of equipment.This paper describes the system flow chart of main business and functional requirements using the method of demand analysis. The overall system architecture design, system logic design, system physical design, database design and operating of environmental design are then presented. Besides, the implement of some key functions are described to show the development of whole system based on the system design. Finally, the equipment management system is fully tested and the result is presented.
