Intelligent Control Of The Electrostatic Precipitation System Based On Field Bus(OPC Interface)

OPC (OLE for Process Control) is an industry specification or standard which is based on Microsoft's OLE (object linking and embedding)/COM (Component Object Model) technologies and is generated to settle the communication problem between industry client and various equipment drivers.The author developed the electric dust intelligent control system that is specifically for the electric dust control plate controller OPC server. The development basing it mainly on the Visual C++ 6.0 developing platform, under licenses such as OPC data access 2.02 regulate. The system has successfully realized the read data of The electric dust control plate controller, without programming of communicate with the hardware. It is clear that the OPC technology can best pursue systematic process improvement by integrating measurement and process;it also can improve the openness and stability of software,to meet the needs of Business Configuration Software.In this thesis, we firstly introduce the background of OPC technology,the advantage of OPC technology ,the foreground and development of OPC specification, and introduce the OPC necessity of development. We focus on the design theory, design methods and design scheme of the OPC application. Then we develope the programming of OPC server in Visual C++ 6.0 programming environment with rapid development tools DLL through UDP communication protocol .The system is not only an effective way to realize the function of the OPC server sends to many machines, but also proposed a method to prevent the OPC server breakdownwhich leads to the real-time data acquisition problem in the network. In this thesis, we test the OPC server with the Configuration Software of RSView2 and WinCC as a client ,realize the function of read data of OPC server,and remote monitoring on current, voltage, alarm state,and running state to obviate the knowledge of the underlying hardware . Also we develope the OPC client through the OPC automation interface, to provide a good routine for the beginner staff.
