Research On Dust Removal System Of Blast Furnace Gas

On the basis of background of the No.5 blast furnace in HENAN JIYUAN STEEL&IRON Co and referring to a lot of relative literature home and abroad. The paper introduces general situation and developing direction on the computer control, explains the general design of process monitor and control system, the component and configuration of hardware and software, combining iron production craftwork, the requirement process control claming and No.5 blast furnace technical flow.According to the craft work of furnace production and operating requirements, engineering automation systems will be used throughout the existing computer control system. The PLC level constitutes the core foundation level, to finish the electrical transmission control, instrumentation program control. The lever two of computer systems are to be used for iron-smelting process tracking, production process control. Through network communications, we can realize the "three call" information sharing, coordinate at the system together to complete the process automatic control, surveillance and management.The system adopted the German Siemens PLC S7-400 as data collection units and control unit, all I/O templates installed in ET200M remote stations, through profibus network connecting with the main points PLC. The main points PLC's CPU choice S7-400, the high-performance CPU 414-2, I/O templates all use S7-300 series template. The monitoring part use SIEMENS configuration software Wincc6.0 to design, configure monitor and control menu ,make the system process functions :dynamic monitor, locale handling supervise and control of production process. The user interface is in Chinese setting, interface are friendly and operate easily.When we design the communication PROFIBUS-DP with ET-200 long-distance control station and industrial Ethernet according to No.5 blast furnace situation and the system character, the Ethernet can meet the need of all levels control, and make the business information net unite with control network, reduce cost, learn and apply easily. The design of PROFIBUS-DP's purpose is to apply locale high-velocity data transfer. At this level PLC communicate disperse locale facility, through high-velocity serial date.Since this system is applied, It can work well, and offer us a clear picture and steady control .It also created a good condition for the use of blast furnace. This system is very practical.
