This paper analyses the implementation of the DMSO-RTI1.3NG standard architecture. The level architecture with proxy mechanism is developed ,in which the control information and data information can be transferred in different routine. The key matching arithmetic is designed to work on the distribute environment. Also our implementation of RTI is optimized for running on WAN specially.Basing on the architecture, the RTI system are organized and divided into several modules, and the interfaces between them are abstracted. All the function of declaration management are implemented. More attention is paid to the output of the key parts for ensuring they will be encapsulated very well, so they are easy to be placed and the system will not be changed a lot.Also the paper analyses and discusses the resolution of transplanting the present system basing on CORBA onto socket and the resolution of multi-thread design. Some conclusions available were worked out.
