Research On The Management Of Archival Documents Declaration In China

The article mainly analyzes the related concepts,the current situation,the work procedure and case experience and the suggestions of the management of declared archival documents.Through the analysis of the current situation of management of archival documents,in my opinion,there are many factors of impacting on the declaration of archival documentS,for instance,the depository institution of archival documents is too scattered,the subject of declaration of archival documents lacks of investigation and evaluation,declared archival documents are short of digital resources construction,the policies and regulations of declared archival documents are not sound enough and so on.So,in order to driving the development of the management of the declared archival documents,the article discuss the strategies from four aspects,that is,improving the management system of declared archival documents,intensifying digital resources construction of declared archival documents,attaching attention to the investigation and evaluation of declared archival documents,and perfecting the policies and regulations of declared archival documents.
