Study On Value Of Network Publishing

With the rapid development of micro-electronics techniques and information techniques, the infrastructure of information is becoming perfect more and more. Internet has extended from academe to common people. Meanwhile, with the progress of publishing technologies and the application of information techniques, publishing are developing from papery publishing which make paper as the media to network publishing which make network as the media. The study of this thesis is under such environment.As a new technique, network has great effect and value in people's reading manner and information acquisition.
