With the enlarging of the mobile communication network and more competitions of market, providing the colorful service has became important measure to enhance service level and succeed in competition. The attention has converted from telecommunication basal network equipment eonstruction to colorful services. To provide colorful services have become the common view, and the services have became the motility of the development of telecommunication. In the early period of Intelligent Network development, SRF (Special Resource Function) was usually integrated into the Service Switching Point because intelligent services' requirement for specialized resources was simple and few. With the development of intelligent services, many other network resources such as voice, data, graph process, voice identification and text-to-speech were required to be included into specialized resources; accordingly SRF became more and more complex. Also SRF was desired to have the ability to automatically control service logic. As a result, IP (Intelligent Peripheral) departs from SSP (Service Switching Point) and becomes an independent entity in Intelligent Network. At present, IIP (Independent Intelligent Peripheral) is paid more and more attention by people and is developed by producer in the world. Some challenges are brought by the comprehensive application of IIP and the rapid development of color ring backward tone service (CRBT), especially in two challenges: call lose brought by busy database on synchronous data access and high load of CPU of resource node (averagely 60% at ordinary time, 95% at busy time, sometimes even to...
