Currently, most ships equipped with the meteorological facsimile receiver, receiving a great deal of useful ocean weather information, such as circumstance, weather forecast, alert and so on. It is very useful for guarantee the safety of sea sails, choosing the best line, etc.In existing mode of using meteorological facsimile image, because of too much artificial intervenes, the rate of mistake is higher. With the development of the navigation intelligentize, it has become inevitable that carrying on digital recognition of facsimile image information, and using it with other navigation data (electronic nautical chart). But the widely used meteorological facsimile receiver, the entire volume is big, the receive reliability is lower, the precision is not high, it is very difficult to satisfy the following recognition works. This article conducts the meteorological facsimile signal digital demodulation technology research; it establishes certain foundation for realizing the high performance, the microminiaturized meteorological facsimile digital receiver.This paper eyes on the insufficiency of the current facsimile machine, proposes an embedded all digitization wireless meteorological facsimile receiver plan based on DSP and ARM, and carries on the design to the implementation of digital demodulation technology. In the paper, it conducts the simulation research with correspondence simulation software SystemView to the entire digital demodulation process, obtained the satisfactory result, and proves the plan feasibility. Finally the dissertation uses DSP to carry on the implementation about the meteorological facsimile signal digital demodulation module.
