UWB wireless communication technology uses the principle of overlapping to share the spectrum occupied, extreme narrowing pulse sequence in nanosecond is different from continuous sine ware used in conventional wireless communication technology in essence. Because the bandwidth of this communication system is very wide, compared with conventional narrow band transfer mode, this UWB transfer mode has the strongpoint of low power spectrum,low capture, strong anti-interference capability, high-speed data transfer capable etc., is used widely in the domains such as precise location radar, wireless detecting , wireless communication etc.. because of its very low transmission power capable, this communication system is able to coexist with conventional wireless system to increase the utilization ratio of spectrum.Above all in this paper the basic knowledge such as the basic principle of UWB communication, the feature of UWB technology and UWB channel model etc. is introduced resumptively. then the sync technology of TH-PPM UWB , DS-BPSK UWB system including time-domain waveform , spectrum characteristic, the architecture of a receiver and the impact each sync request have on system performance are analyzed and deduced. Based on the discuss mentioned above the quality of the performance of each search process based on "Markov" model and the problem of the concerned thresholds selection in search process are researched. Finally the correctness of the theory researched is validated by the emulation in MATLAB.
