Frequency-hopping communication is widely used in military and civil fields because of its strong anti-interference ability. Frequency-hopping communication hardware and software development is more mature than before. The future direction of the research is mainly in two aspects:self-adaptation frequency-hopping and networking solutions. How to achieve a high efficiency, robust network is the key point of research. In previous work, we have developed the frequency-hopping communication hardware platform and already developed basic functions. My task is design and implementation of baseband data processing and DTDMA protocol on the DSP processor (TMS320C6747) in this paper.Firstly, this paper has studied the networking solutions of frequency-hopping communication, then come up with a new kind of network protocol, combined the characteristics of Link16data chain and the Ad Hoc network. Secondly, this paper has improved the performance of the hardware platform, mainly on processing delay, synchronous rate, packet loss rate and bit error rate. This paper also developed a network time synchronization algorithm by using RTT algorithm for each node in the network. Thirdly, paper compared the network load and the end-to-end delay in DTDMA protocol and "traditional TDMA protocol by using OPNET. This paper introduced the implementation of the TDMA protocol in the end. In addition, this paper also introduced the implementation of the spectrum sensing terminal.
