In recent years, Software Defined Radio has been the area that attracts the more and more attention and has been considered as the development direction of communication even wireless technology in the future. It broke the localization of the traditional wireless communication platform whose design kernel is the hardware of unitary function and bad expandability, meanwhile, it want to make the communication system slip the leash of hardware framework and propounded a new design scheme that design an open and universal hardware platform. In this platform, software that permits upgrade and reconfiguration is used as much as possible.In this paper, we mainly ameliorated the Software Defined Radio framework based network in the 863 Software Defined Radio project. Improved structure not only made coupling among modules become weak but also can realize broadcast and selection and has a good expansion ability. Furthermore, improved structure decrease the data entered the network and improve processing capacity among modules, at the same time, shorten the time that data is transmitted in the network. We have introduced the categories and architecture of network parallel machine, network parallel arithmetic and arithmetic performance, at one time, we have analysed TCP/IP protocol and necessary predigestion has been done to adapt to the system. Ultimately, in this topic, we has designed the adapter hardware module electric circuit, and has implemented the hardware framework and software flowed chart.
