Research And Implementation Of Configuration Software System Based On WPF Framework

As the producer of integrated monitoring system, configuration software plays an important role in industrial automation control system. The three important indicators to measure the configuration software performance are running efficiency, data transmission capability and real-time credibility of data.Based on the actual engineering project, by combining the advantages of commonly used configuration software, this paper designs a set of lightweight configuration software on WPF as basis. It also proposes an optimization scheme for the industrial features. Firstly, it constructs a set of multi-threaded parallel process model, which not only meets the requirements of multi-host and multi-slave stations, but also makes configuration software be able to deal with complex business. Secondly, on the basis of fully analyzing the features of Modbus communication protocol, this paper designs a token bus access protocol based on communication driver, which enables the configuration software to access data with high performance. Meanwhile, it proposes a scheme that can promote the running performance and data process ability of configuration software by combining multi-threated parallel process model and token bus access protocol. Finally, the paper completes data test and performance analysis for configuration software in industrial field. Test results show that the configuration designed in this paper has high running efficiency, powerful data process ability and also can ensure the real-time credibility of data.This paper designs a configuration software system, which can operates in industrial field and is also able to transmit abundant data synchronously between multi-host and multislave stations. At the same time, in consideration of the time-delay feature of information transformation, this paper optimizes the running performance of the system.
