The Research And Development On Automatic Intelligence Control System Of Chinese Traditional Medicine Production

This dissertation is focused on the research of the process intelligent control system of Chinese Traditional Medicine (CTM) production. The system include the analysis and research of process engineering of the Extraction Procedure, Concentrate Procedure and Alcohol-Recovery Procedure of CTM's, and includes the research of all the sensing elements and valves, and also include the advanced technology of soft sensing. This paper's emphasis is the control mode for each process and the design and development of the intellect control system.Firstly, the dissertation generalizes the whole process engineering of CTM production. The working principle of CRM's briefly, and then particular analysis the operation principle and technical process of each process of CTM production. Based on the analysis the dissertation enumerates all the problems in the intellect control. Sensing elements and valves, which have special requirements, are the foundation of devices for production of CTM. So the dissertation gives profound research to technology of sensing, including soft sensing technology, and operating principle of the special valves.The control methods of each process of CTM are the emphasis. Because every process are classical time-variation system whit multivariable, long delay time, nonlinear and destabilization and every process has themselves special requirements, considering of their common features the paper write out a three-level intelligence control system which give each process suitable methods. It can be proved that every control methods obtain excellent consequence by emulation with the control method.On the foundation of theoretical research, the author gives a development scheme of intelligent control system of the procedure of CTM. The experimental and practical results show that the equipment can dynamically track the change of the production desire, rapidly realize the stability of the control system, and all the indexes have reached or exceeded the national criterion. At the same time the equipment effectively achieves the quality control, highly improves the efficiency of CRM's production.
