Along with our country publishing industry's continued opening up, the publication market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, so it requests the publishing enterprise be supposed to focus on the channel, scientifically designing the channel structure, establishing smoothly retailing network in order to grasp the terminal market. This article took the GD publication enterprise as the research object, studied the channel present situation, discovered the channel question, carried on the channel designing plan on the basis of related theories for the purpose of solving its channel problem.This article has done the following work: First, collected GD enterprise's background material, and analyzed GD enterprise's channel present situation, questions, the necessity of carrying on the channel design。 Second, applied the SWOT model to determine GD enterprise's strategy. Third, contrasted channel virtual ability and strategy request 's disparity to determine GD enterprise's channel goal. Fourth, interviewed with GD enterprise's leadership and staff to determine channel members' duty, appraised the influenced factor, and determine the ultimate channel structure plan .
