In the past100years in history, the publishing world has been controlled in the hands of Europe and the United States publishers. China, as the world’s most widely circulated and saved historical documents country has very few achievements in the field of publishing. In this paper, we will discuss market-based demand management of internal operations in the project/editing/publishing and distribution operations in scientific experiences. We will use Phaidon Press and some other art publishers as the sample to demonstrate that how that world-wide successful publishers can use a continuous internal change to adapt a rapid pace of change. We will also try to reveals how the foreign press in such a long time to maintain its global market leadership. In this paper I will also share my company experience to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of mainland domestic press. Finally I will give the advise to the domestic publishers about how to carry out the domestic cultural industries’Going Out Plan’ with Chinese culture overseas expansion strategy.
