So, the scientific magazines in modern china not only spread a lot of scientific knowledge, but also spread deeply according to the number of each year.The third part expounds the influence on the masses of the scientific magazines at the aspect of the purpose, number, area and enlightenment on the masses. The scientific magazines including The Chinese Scientific Magazine and The Science had great effect because of their large number and wide areas. The intellectuals and the masses paid attention to the scientific magazines. They contributed, consulted, interacted with the scientific magazines. During the communications, the masses gradually accept the scientific knowledge. So the aims of popularity were achieved step by step.
