Micro electronics technology in US has been always playing an international leading role. After the invention of transistor in Bell Labs in 1947, technique progresses in transistor field has been rapidly applied into practice, during the process of which new markets formed with the development of new techniques and new products.It was the discovery of electron that provoked people's interest in electricity. Both experimental physicist and academic physicist have made magnificent progress in their research fields. The nature of electron enabled Electron Tube to be electric unilaterally, whose function was replaced later by crystal cymoscope. There has been great change in the description of electron behavior inside metals due to the influence of quantum mechanics. Physicist began to recognize a new type of material -semiconductor. At that time, the centre of newly-developed solid state physics shifted to US since exiles of Jewish Scientist.The Bell Labs enjoyed a pioneer advantage in the production of semiconductor cymoscope. In its working team, namely, semiconductor research group, scientist from different fields did a splendid cooperation, which gave birth to the appearance of transistor several years later, with which not only the development of Repeaters for long distance communication was supported, but the micro-electronic revolution it promoted gave an entire influence on people's life in many fields, like economy and daily life, thus a brand new life was brought into being.The birth of transistor provoked a new technique revolution in micro electronics. It enjoyed a great deal of outstanding advantages compared with the electronic tube, accelerating its wide application into many fields. Its increasingly miniaturization and micromation allowed an intense cooperation with computer science, which brought forward a great many types of MPU (Microprocessor) based on different techniques like MSI, LSI and GSI (Medium, Large, Grand Scale Integrated Circuit). The development of MPU showed an intense influence on economy promoted by technique innovations. Thus the change of economy mode took place, predicting the appearance of a brand new economic mode—digital economy, in other words, information era.Technique innovation played a very important role in the growth of world economy. Thus it is safe to say that there has been a wide influence on different economic sections done by technique progress in micro electronic fields.
