Semisolid metal forming is a new metal forming craftworks. Remelting is important work procedure of the process.To gain globosity, grain equality and has good thixotropy organize,the temperature is the most parameter.The precision of controlling temperature will effect solid phase and grain form and distributing directly .Utilizeing computer integration technology,the system is established by PC,SSR and ADAM-4000 series module mostly.Practicality running show that the system stabilization and credibility and high precision of temperature controlling.The control software is design bykingview.The software not only can gather,dispose save data,but also can show temperature andcurve,give an alarm real time,mimeograph report forms and history data, query history curve,load data to Excel etc.The interface is beautiful,kind and the operationing simply.Through analysis and experiment in heat process theoretically,the paper set up a near math former of resistor-furnace.Based the former,aiming at the character of lagging, nonlinear of resistance stove, use Simulink strong simulation function to simulate control arithmetic.Contrast the resultant,it shows that fuzzy control has small overshoot, high robustness and precision,and can gain better control effect than PID control.The fact running precison is ± 1℃.Applying the system,making a great deal of remelting experimentation,it can get the influence of temperature and time with Microstructure. The result of research shows that the best heating condition is that the temperature is 630℃ and 20 minute of the heating time .Under the condition, the crystals' distribution is symmetrical, the shapes is rotund , the average size is 94.21 u mand the average roundness is 4.18.The practice shows that the system is reliability ,stabilization and high precision.The precision can reach + 1℃.It can produce choiceness microstructure and capability semisolid filling.The system can satisfy the request of the remelting of ZL201 completely.It is very important that it is applied in remelting triumphantly to perfect semisolid process craftwork and advance semisolid process technic mature and general adoption of the market principle.
