DC timing system has achieved a very broad application in many domains with the rapidly development of modern industrialization. The Digital Control will become the mainstream of DC timing system by good performances and fine ability to resist the disturbance .In order to improve modernization , the control mothed of DC timing system have changed from single control to network control.Formerly, DC timing system controlled by digital controller was realized by singlechip computer and DSP.This kind of DC timing system consists of AD conversion, display, key, control arithmetic and pluse generate.but,there is several problem in pluse generate ,that is the ability of pluse to resist the disturbance is rather bad and pluse generate especially depend on software. Consequently,Using ALTERA's CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device) EPM7128S,this thesis design the Digital thyristor triggering circuit,and include all CMOS logic device .so it increase the ability of resist the disturbance and lessen the area of PCB. At one time,this thesis finished the control arithmetic of dual-converter and dual-closed-loop of speed and current, data acquisition, key scan, LCD display and CAN bus communication based on AD 's AdμC812 MCU.Along with rapidly development of the Field Bus, nerwork control achieved much huge application in the automatic control system. As one of the Field Bus,CAN bus have reliability, real time ability and flexibility. this thesis design CAN node adopt Philips 's Stand-alone CAN controller SJA1000 and High speed CAN transceiver TJA1050.PC connect with CAN bus by ZLG's CANmini Parallel interface,PC supervise software programed by MCGS.As a result ,the system is provided with the functions of network control.
