The key to vitalize education is the teacher. Normal University is thecradle of cultivating teachers in primary and secondary schools. To fosterhigher standard, higher quality and higher level teaching group, which canmeet the needs of society and new century, is an urgent problem. We mustreforminstructionmodelofNormalUniversityinordertoachievethisobject.This thesis analyzes the research status quo of traditional instructionmodelandinstructionmodelofinquirylearningwithinnetworkenvironmentinNormal University. It discusses the possibility and feasibility of inquirylearning within network environment what Normal University has possessed.The writer puts forward the study issue with his working experience and theproblemsduringhisjob.This study clarifies the support and relation for inquiry learning and themeaning of inquiry learning within network environment, based on LifelongEducationTheory,SubjectivityEducationTheoryandConstructivism LearningTheory. Then it poses the framework of inquiry learning within networkenvironment from its instruction objects and features, operating process andinstruction strategy. As a new instruction model, inquiry learning withinnetwork environment is characterized by fresh instruction objects position,instruction elements constitution, instruction activities process, instructionorganization, instruction media design, and instruction evaluation. Combinedspecific subject with inquiry learning within network environment would beconducted efficiently. In chapter 3, it makes the instruction design by learner'scharacteristics,learningenvironment,learningprocess and learningassessment.First, according to the result of learning needs and learner's characteristicsanalysis, the instruction objects system of inquiry learning of ComputerCulture Foundation is divided into objects of ability, attitude, personality andcognition, and each part's sub-object demand is assigned.
