Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management System For HR Service In Universities And Colleges

Decision Support System (DSS) is the supporting system, which collects a large quantity of data, models and knowledge for decision makers. It uses either semi-structured or unstructured decision-making with human-computer interaction to provide problem analyzing, model constructing, simulating environment of decision-making’s process and environment. At the same time, it could collect the data information coding technology to approach better matching data in shorter time for decision makers, therefore it improves the decision-making level and work efficiency.According to practical application demand of HR service in Chien-shiung Institute of Technology, this paper completes the comprehensive managing system for higher education institution after research. This system adopts C/S structure and the development of PowerBuilder9.0, and the background database use SQL Server2008. After analyzing the demand of system functions, the design of human resource outsourcing module and directional recruitment module is laid more emphasis. The key points is how to use computer information technology system to approach new enterprise’s daily management, and how to assort coding to store the HR and enterprise information. HR information in this system could be assorted to4kinds:current students, internship students, graduates and normal job seekers. So we should consider several side when we are setting up HR database, such as how to connect the interface with College Enrollment platform in province, how to connect college’s Teaching Department system, how to import students’ information by batches, and how to exchange HR information between enterprises and job seekers in the city. So multi-dimension structure is the decision-making brace and online analysis-processing core.To sum up, after system testing, including functional test, safety test and pressure test, the system reaches the qualification generally. System runs stable and correct. All indexes meet the target demand and operating requirement.
