It actualizes in the marketing, sales, serves and technique suppose etc. Its target is through the interaction between the management and customer, struggling to reduce the distribution tache, lower the sale cost, achieving to improve the final effect.The text is on the basis of discussing the present relevant technique and theories at first, through conceiving to the global design of the system, frame structure, and after the function of every function module is divided etc. and carries in careful, deep analysis, studies, and puts forward to the feasible technological route and practice strategy.This topic in development uses data warehouse and data mining technology.Esta-blishment of the data warehouse is according to user's needs,combining with each kind of data information,saving in a single integrated database,and providing all kinds of methods to carry on the statistics and analysis.In the aspects of handing over with each other operation, design the handing over interface according to user's demand. And user can operate expediently and fast, and get a decision for needing information quickly.This topic takes on extensive theories and practice value. The system indicates through running actually in the branch of Shenyang of China Merchants Bank it is effectual. This system, basing on the data warehouse technology , through analyzing the relation between various kinds of data, uses the data mining technology, offer the necessary data to persons who use , weigh such indexes as the customer's demand , loyalty ,etc, offer correct decision support to administration and supervision authorities of the bank, promote its competitive power and profit ability.
