With the renewal of people's ideal, web-based learning is an effective approachto enrich oneself and raise one's diathesis. In the backgrounds of information age,scientific and technological revolution, both educational theory and practice are beingseriously challenged. It is necessary to think over how to establish the subjectivity ofthe students, help them recognize and realize himself, and then achieve the target ofinstruction. The interactive pedagogy is an active response to the scientific knowledgeof modern society such as the philosophy of communication and the scientificsummary of new experience of practical teaching. By analyzing the definition andcharacter of the interactional instruction, we can get some meaningful ideas:instruction is a process of interaction, sharing and joint creation between teacher andstudents;there are three speech type composing of the web-based learningenvironment: synchronous speech, diachronic speech, self-reflective speech;theconcealment of interactive modality made deep-seated interaction possible;how toavoid the emotional imperfection is an significant tache, and so on. Subsequently, wehave analyzed the factors which influence the teacher—student interactive. Thus, weknow the whole process of web-based instructional interaction.We have no feasible or logical evaluating standard of instructional interactionthat has been widely certified at present. Following the process and methods ofstandardization, and in reference to E-Learning Certification Standards, E-LearningCourseware Certification, and other relevant literatures, this study constructed aworking draft standard that includes five dimensions, which are man-machineinteraction, condition of the subject participate in, goals achievement, the interactivefeeling of students, the interactive feeling of teachers. Some items were modified anda draft standard (argumentation) based on experts' advice was established. Results ofsurveys suggest that experts made highly consensus on working draft standard. I wishthat the thesis could be a useful assessing tool for distance education in practice.
