Through the understanding of the needs of plastic products in our dailylife, a brief description of the machine control system to be cast for, and thecast and crew of the control system development, the use of an embeddedreal-time RTOS made uC/OS-II ways to enhance system stability andreliability. The need long-distance transmission of data, we introduced thecan bus technology is currently more popular because of their rectificationcomparative advantage, thereby ensuring perfect communications. All through the performance of the RTOS features on the currentapplication raises broad, stable operation, open source code uC/OS-IIoperating system and the introduction of its kernel structure, Under theapproved structure and transplant note highlights the 16ug C/OS-IIreplicated PIC18FXX8 the process (including source code), and highlightsthe test, but also gives a more satisfactory test results,This article provides a brief description of the CAN bus operatingprinciples and characteristics, and working mode. Accord to thecombination of the identity and function of the system requirements, wedesign a viable communications hardware and communication protocol, after testing, good results have been achieved. Finally, although there has been some success, we still have some workuncompleted such as the libratory of the operating system for PIC18FXX8and we want to complete these work in the future.
