According to the current status of Jilin CNC, we present modeland function design of IP Video Communication System ,and discussby analyzing background,system structure principle and designthought .Then test the important unit and draw a conlution. in thispaper. This paper has a reference effect on directing the IP VideoCommunications's practice and application of Jilin CNC.There are six chapters in this paper.Chapter 1 IP Video communication Overview of Jilin CNC.The section profiles the tecnology backgrouad,generalcharacteristics and application of IP Video communication system. IPVideo communication technology needs to actively development andbe possible,because source code and broadband technologydevelopments and the telecom market demands expand persistently.Besides this , the developments has the important stratagemdegree for the Jilin CNC.IP Video communication is a broadband application solutiondesigned and developed to deliver high performance voice,image anddata integrated service. It can be rapidly deployed to construct smallto medium sized videoconference networks for enterprises ororganizations, as well as large-scale ones for service providers. It isreal time and highly efficient. It makes daily life more convenient forcommon people. Moreover, it improves the efficiency of work amongcorporations.Chapter 2 IP Video communication system construction and principleThe generation of the IP video communication system meets allthe demands of multi-media videoconferencing communications.Based on the open architecture of standard protocol, it is a flexiblemulti-media video communication system. It can provide the seriersfunctions。The basic components of an H.323 Video communication systemare the MCU,Gatekeeper (GK) and terminal(s). The system(hereinafter referred to as the unit),together with its Manager, servesas the MCU to provide multipoint conference control and mediaprocessing.The H.323 Video communication system constructed with thesystem as its key component can be divided into three logical layers.Management layer: to implement centralized service management.The Manager is the key component. Switching layer: including theunit, GK and DCS. The unit is responsible for signaling exchangeand media processing, the GK for endpoint management and the DCSfor signaling and data processing in the data conference. User layer:the media input/output device, including H.323 compliant terminalsand streaming browser.Chapter 3 IP Video communication system function designBased on the Jilin CNC orientation and the networkconfiguration , the chapter taken into account designing theoperation support layer of IP Video communication system ,followingas:customers management,billing management,resourse management,IP video business management and the convenience,so that thesystem meet the development of the Jilin CNC demand,which areprovided with high economic benefit.The operation support layer can manage the whole resource of IPVideo communication Switching Platform,and provides the types offunctions:video conference,narrowband voice communication andmultimedia service.Besides,it can implement safety assurancearchitecture,and provide web_bill qurery,billing data function.Chapter 4 IP Video communication system function ImplementThe muti_resource management Center is devided to core modeland external interface model,therefore, it can provide such fuctions asarea management,equirment management, conferencingmanagement,billing management.VBill System includes Accounting and Billing sub_system.Thesystem supports the communication with the IP video communicationsystem and the customer. It accord with the current mainstreamingvideoconferencing standard. In addition, it is compatible with theconferencing system equipment. In using mode, the IP videocommunication system supports the following: dual streamtransmission, dual-view, dual video outputs, site call, chairpersonconference control, it supports authentication, authorization andaccounting (AAA). The SiteCall Conference Duration: the defaultperiod of the SiteCall conference. It is 2 hours by default.The section designs the general schedule for the Vbillsystem,such as safety management schedule,code management,andso on.These schedule are used for the conference with sites acrossdifferent service areas.The schedules are provided such services asvideo conference, conference call, videophone, VoIP, PC to Phone,online service, data conference, and streaming.The IP video communication system is joined with the externalsystem,,and implements switch and process video conferences andconference calls. In addition, it provide live broadcasting and storageof streaming and videoconferencing services. Videoconferencingterminals can provide multiple services. All these aspects show thatthe solution makes full use of the resources. It is the most effectivesolution with the most powerful functions.Chapter 5 IP Video communication system ApplicationThe IP Video communication system enables various services,including point-to-point video communications, IP telephony,streaming, data conference, online directory service and variousvalue-added services like call forwarding. The section discript thetest for IP Video communication system application,includingpoint-to-point video communications application ,conference billingimplement and IP video communications system.When the subscribeline is better and bandbenth for 512Kbit/s,the call_rate is thebest ,which the video terminal provides 384Kbit/s.Finally draw a conlution. This paper has a reference effect ondirecting the IP Video Communications's practice and application ofJilin CNC.
