| The management information system (MIS) has become a kind of very extensive computer application system in modern computer application realm. The strategic speculation of "applying information to promote industrialization" has been already put forward in China and using the information to promote the enterprises modernized management level has already become a common consensus. Selling is an important process, in which enterprises turn the production into the currency capitals and then continue to reproduce. Therefore, selling management is one of the important contents of the enterprise management. With the constant development of the network technology of the computer, the form of selling management is freed from out accounting checking and changed into a selling-management information system consisting of sales forecast , plans, accounting checking, supervises , controls , analysis and aid decision. This system can promote the scientific process and modernization of business administration.According to the actual status and concrete request in a cement limited company and the norm standard of trade management, through detailed analysis and comparison of C/S (Client/Server) and B/S (Browser / Sever) mode which are popular at present, this thesis describes the architecture of the system through combining the two organically. Based on the traditional MIS development theories and experience, the author studies software project theories, database principle, object-orientation language and the Web program design and studies the analysis, design and realizing of the sale management system based on the mixture mode.This system is made up of two management subsystems of selling and query.
