Research And Realization Of Distribution Management System Based On The Third Party's Collaborative Commerce Platform

Distribution is the sale mode commonly adopted by most domestic manufacturing enterprises of production-supply-marketing. With the extending of the enterprises sale scale , there are more difficulties for enterprises to manage the sale network which is more and more huge. The increasing difficulties to manage the material flow and fund flow of the remote distribution greatly influence sales of the enterprises and hamper its development .The speedy and effective constructions of the distribution management system, and the realization of the effective integration of the local factory and the remote distribution sales branches, have become the key point of informationization for distribution management system.Most small and medium-scale enterprise can't build up distribution management system with separate platform because of the limitation of financing and technique. Therefore in this paper the researches are focus on the distribution management system of small and medium-scale enterprise. As will be stated next: Firstly , painstaking investigations and analyses are done to the state of distribution management of the enterprises ,so the work flow and mode are clear .Many problems are analysed existing in the work flow of distribution management . By analyzing the problems we nail down the needs of the enterprises and dealers , and investigating the information exchangeing processes and contents in the work flow of distribution management.Secondly, the two system solutions are studied on the base of the careful analyses to the work flow of distribution management and both advantages and disadvantages are analysed. Next according to the characteristics of the enterprises we syncretize two solutions, learning from others' strong points tooffset one's weakness. A third solution ------distribution management systembased on the third party's collaborative commerce platform is proposed which is more suitable to small and medium-scale enterprise. Then Web Service is choosed as the system integration supporting technique by comparing with some different techniques.At last, the system architectureand and the function structure of each subsystem are given and the database system of the platform is designed .Finally taking the downloading of order with the function of data exchanging as example we realize the function of information exchanging based on Web Service and distribution management system basing on it.
