With the development of computer technology and Internet, MIS is widely used to provide powerful support for company's management and decision-making and increase the work efficiency and economic benefit. Now most of MIS send request to database directly and show with HTML at client side. The development speed is fast, but because the separation of the business disposement and show page is not distinct, the reuse of business model and the satification of the change of user request is difficult. This article analysised MVC, .NET platform and so on to design and implement a company MIS .The system is comprised of the management module and daily affairs module. The management module is comprised of business management module, handle management module and access management module. The daily affairs module is comprised of electronic telephone book module, user booking module, establishment booking module, file sharing module, electronic mailbox module. The design and realization of the system is described seperately by module. The system module has the characteristic of strong cohesion and weak coupling. The combination of MVC and .NET makes this system have the advantages of clear frame, easy maintainability, compatibility, high efficiency, safety and so on. The develop process show that the use of the MVC, although need additional work, realize the modelization of the system, debase the coupling, increase the reuse of the code, make the frame of system clear and the expansibility better. The successful setting up of the system has greatly improved the management level and work efficiency of the company and supplied credible data for the decision-making of leaders, and strengthened the competitive power.
